- Strother Simpson is one of America's leading food scientists - having developed customized extracts, concentrates and ready-to-drink products for myriad high-profile consumer brands. He has served as president of Toddy since 1988. His dad, Todd Simpson, a chemical engineering graduate of Cornell, started up Toddy in 1964 after developing and patenting the cold-brew process.
Toddy can package product in containers ranging in size from one ounce to 60 gallons for both food service and retail applications, and can provide numerous label and packaging alternatives.
